Hey guys!
Nothing To Disclose
It's time for another edition of Sanchez Says... and this time, she requested nails for a Day Date. I think of something sort of fun but delicate so I decided to do a saran wrap mani!
I used 3 Nails Inc Polishes: Lexington Gardens (purple), Mayfair Lane (blush), and Soho Place (minty teal).
Starting with a base of Lexington Gardens, I used 2 coats and let that dry for a minute. Then, I blobbed Mayfair Lane and Soho Place onto the nails and used a piece of Saran Wrap to smoosh the colors together. Simple as that! Top coat and done. Boom. You've been nail arted. These Nails Inc bottles are not easy to pose with, by the way :-p
Talk to you soon!

Twinsie Tuesday: Your Favorite Color
Hey guys!
Nothing To Disclose
My favorite color... well if you aren't new to the blog, you might guess that blue is my favorite color. Cobalt blue, specifically. Since I have so many blues that I love, all three posts this week will feature SEVVEERRRALLLLLL of my favorite cobalt blue polishes.... so be prepared, lol. And by several... I mean 27 🙊. Oh boy.
Let's start with the OG of OG's and the polish that started this whole crazy cobalt blue madness: Sally Hansen Pacific Blue. If you are in the polish world, you know this polish and the madness surrounding the reformulation of this polish and how it created basically nail polish CHAOS! LOL. I am lucky enough to have several bottles of the original formula Pacific Blue and I'm so glad because as I was applying this, I was quickly reminded of how truly beautiful this color is. It looks less impressive in the bottle but on the nail, it's vibrant and stunning. The formula on this is beautiful and perfect and completely opaque in two coats. It dries fairly shiny but I always add topcoat.
Since I love this color so much, and because this is no longer exists, obviously I had to find any and all colors that were similar or might be close to PB and buy them all. All of them. Buy all of the cobalt blue.
For all of these pictures, PACIFIC BLUE will be on my middle and ring fingers and the polish that I am comparing will be on my index and pinky! And all polishes will be shown with topcoat.
You would think that Sally Hansen would have the closest dupe to Pacific Blue since.. ya know... it's their color and all. Boho Blue appears to be very close but the formula is completely different, as it is a jelly and you can see at three coats, it's not completely opaque. Still beautiful and probably will pass the "are you close enough to satiate my need for PB?" test but not exact.
Next is another from Sally Hansen, from the Insta-Dri line. This is called In Prompt Blue. The formula on this was really nice, 2 coats. But as you can see, still no dice. Too dark. Beautiful, but no PB.
Next, we have a contender from Essie, Butler Please. For an Essie, which I usually have pretty bad luck with, this has a great formula. Two coats are shown here. And again, it's a beautiful color but not a dupe for PB. Although now that I'm doing these comparisons, I should compare Butler Please to some of the other colors that I have, lol!
Next up is Nails Inc Baker Street. Next to Pacific Blue, this is my favorite of the cobalt blue polishes that I own. Perfect in two coats. I have several bottles of this, as well 🙊
Finally (for this post), Essie's Mesmerized, which is not even close to Pacific Blue but just a lovely blue polish. Another nice formula from Essie, opaque in two coats.
Oh just you wait. I have plenty more where this came from. (My instagram feed is going to be so bluetiful hahahahaha! Oh man, I crack me up.)

Twinsie Tuesday: Dotticure
Hey guys!
Nothing To Disclose
We're back for Twinsie Tuesday! The break flew by, to be honest, lol. But we're back and easing into it with a simple prompt: dotticure. I knew immediately which manicure I would do, because I JUST saw Sammy from The Nailasaurus do this beautiful and simple dotticure and had to recreate it.
I used Nails Inc Mayfair Lane as my base color, which was not as ideal as I was hoping, to be honest. It was a bit patchy and uneven so I had to do three coats. Then I dotted Hyde Park Place on the tips and randomly up the nail. Topcoat and boom. Done.
Sammy's manicure is infinitely better because her nails are perfect but I actually like the pink and gray combination and goodness knows this is not a typical color scheme for me, so I call it a success! :)

Twinsie Tuesday: Inspired By Artwork
Hey guys!
Nothing To Disclose
Today's prompt is inspired by artwork. I am not much on famous art and all that... Call me crazy, but it's just not really my thing. I decided to do some artwork inspired by my daughter's "drawings". She is 22 months old so her art is very simple, which I can totally dig lol. She's not really into coloring yet, but she loves holding crayons so her drawings are more like dots :-p
I used 3 coats of Nail Inc The New White in Swan White, almost a pale pale pale pale mint green. It looks more white on the nail but in the bottle it looks as though there is one tiny drop of green added. Then I randomly dotted one dot of Nails Inc Bruton Mews and called it good. Cheating? Nope.

Operation Helmer: May Results!
Hey guys!
How are you? I felt like I was going to be failing miserably at this month's challenge again but something kicked me in the buns towards the end of the month and I manager 8 manicures. Which doesn't sound like a lot but it's better than I've done in the past! LOL
The first manicure I did was using Nails Inc Kensington High Street with Nails Inc Baker Street and Deborah Lippman Va Va Voom on the middle two fingers.
Next was OPI's La Paz-itively Hot. I forget about this color and it's so pretty!
Cupcake Polish Life's A Beach. Guys. NEON BLUE HOLO! /dead.
Next, a teal skittle mani using:
ILNP Sniffany on the index and pinky and OPI Love. Angel. Music. Baby for the dots
Pipe Dream Polish Hello, Earthling on the thumb and middle
Essie Naughty Nautical on the ring finger with Lac Attack Imagine. Circle Glitters!
Next, I was feeling gradienty, so I busted out this bad boy with my Maybelline Bleached Neons (Bleached in Peach and Day Glow Teal), and a glitter from Northern Star Polish called Neon Chic. You guys on instagram loved this one :-)
I was still feeling the gradient vibe so I used ILNP Charmingly Purple and AC Slater for this purple to black smoky gradient.
And more ILNP for my first saran wrap mani! Under the Bleachers and Cupcake Polish She Wears Short Shorts. So fun! Reminiscent of crackle, but not as obnoxious.
And finally, some nail art! I used my buddy Alaina's tutorial for these super cute pansies!
Revlon Spanish Moss
LynBDesigns The Credible Hulk
OPI Can't Let Go
CarpeNoctem Pimp My Purple
Love Angeline Operation Sun
So I didn't really stick to the drawer (OPI) that I was supposed to this month but my untrieds bin has turned into a bin, a box, and a basket so I need to use those guys! I am purging as I go, don't worry :-)
What did you think of May's manicures??

February Untrieds: Nails Inc Trafalgar Square
Hey Guys!
I don't know if this counts as a creme polish, but oh well. Don't forget to check out Amanda and Sarah's untrieds today!
You know my issue with magnetic polish: It doesn't stick to me. I don't know what it is, but the magnetic lines just don't stay, they fade almost instantly. So when I received this as a Christmas gift, my immediate reaction wasn't excitement but I HAVE TO TRY IT BEFORE I JUDGE IT!
And voila! Nails Inc Trafalgar Square, I'm sorry I ever doubted you. I used 1 coat, waited, then a second coat and the lines stuck!

December Untried Challenge: Nails Inc The After Party Trio
Hey guys!
It's another edition of the December Untrieds Challenge today, with Amanda and Madeline.
I have a Nails Inc trio to show you today! I picked this up at Sephora for $25 a few months ago. Yeah, I'm not the fastest at swatching and posting :-/
First is Disco Lane, a black scattered holo. It looks similar to Zoya Storm but I feel that Storm has more holo in it. Regardless, this was lovely. I used 2 coats, no top coat. LOOK AT THE SHINY!
Next, Soho Street, a multi colored glitter. Do you ever look at polish and just think of other people? I knew Amanda would love this :-) I used two coats over Disco Lane.
Finally, Covent Garden Market, a red microglitter. This was 3 coats on its own. It looks patchy in some of the photos but it was not in real life.
With Flash:
Overall, I'm pleased with this set. Ya'll know I love glitter and holos so what's not to love?!
Go see what Amanda and Madeline have to show you today!
