Blush Lacquers Blush Beauties Facebook Group Customs!

Hey guys!

Nothing To Disclose Press Sample

Today I have a new to me indie that I have been lusting after for a long time! Blush Lacquer is a fairly new brand, about one year on the scene, and I've seriously wanted just about everything I've seen her release! I was so happy to see Victoria and her Blush Lacquers would be at Polish Con but even more excited when she posted an opportunity to win the Blush Beauties Facebook Group Custom polishes for swatching if you were attending Polish Con and I was one of three people who won the duo!

The first polish is called Oopsie Daisies and it a slightly green tinged yellow packed with green and gold/yellow flakies and also a pinky nude shimmer. This had a great formula and was opaque in 2 coats. I thought my nail was visible after two coats but it turns out that lovely pinky nude shimmer was playing tricks on me. I did do 3 coats here but the color and opacity didn't change, so you be good to go with 2!

Siren Swells is an oxidized green (I just saw the Statue of Liberty, this must be in my head! LOL) with golden shimmer and copper flakes. YOU GUYS. I am in love with this color. I don't have anything like either of these colors (which is saying something!) and I love them both but oh my gosh this one is just <3

I used 2 coats for this polish as well and the formula was outstanding.

These will be available for order on May 5, 2017. Since these are group customs, you do need to be a member of the group to purchase the group.

Northern Star Polish Chance of Frogs

Hey guys!

Nothing To Disclose

Today's green is brought to you by Northern Star Polish Chance of Frogs. This is... well, it's frog green with subtle scattered holo. I have quite a few from this brand and really enjoy all of the polishes but she appears to not make polish any more? I'm not certain, of course.

Anyway, this is 2 coats.

Rainbow! Right Here And Now! is a gray jelly with iridescent flakies. I thought the gray with the multicolored flakies was such a cool combination. This is 3 coats, plus topcoat.

Facing North is a periwinkle with multicolored tiny flakies. I am clearly all about the flakies lately; I just can't get enough!! This was 2 coats. Great formula on this polish!

Majick is a deep purple jelly with red shimmer and purple to blue to red flakies. The picture is like eh okay sure. BUT IN PERSON Oh my goodness. This is rather magical. The red shimmer in this is stunning and WAS IMPOSSIBLE to catch in a picture but was sooo glowy and beautiful! This was 3 coats, plus topcoat.

Virago Varnish 77 Collection

Hey guys!

Nothing To Disclose

I have 5 of the polishes from the Virago Varnish 77 Collection today. This came out in the fall but I was as per usual slacking and just got around to swatching these.

The Hustle is an orange terracotta creme polish. It's one of those "ugly pretty" colors that I love so much. This is pure 70's awesome decor rust brown orange awesomeness. This is 1 coat. Yep. 1 coat.

12 Inch Single is  a dark merlot creme polish. Another really great formula and another one coater!!

The Bus Stop is mossy green creme. And not to sound like a broken record (haha, get it?), this had another fantastic formula and covered in 1 coat.

Disco King is a blue jelly with holographic glitter. This built up nicely in 2 coats.

Disco Diva is a brown jelly with holographic glitter. 2 coats for opacity on this baby, too.

Some of these colors are still available on the site. Did you grab any from this collection? Have you tried Virago Varnish before? From what I've tried, they have the 1 coat creme formula on lock! So good!

Today I have swatches of 4 Cirque Colors polishes! I received these in a Secret Santa gift at Christmas time and I didn't want to wait toooo long to wear these beauties! Let's get to the swatches!

Morganite is a beautiful peachy pink with holographic micro flakies. Ugh this is SO SO gorgeous in person. The holographic flakies catch the light beautifully. This was 2 coats! It had a great formula!

Garnet is a burgundy red with holographic flakies. Another fantastic formula on this polish and it covered completely in 2 coats.

Paraiba is a bright teal green with silver holographic flakies. This is STUNNING in person. Completely mesmerizing. Another amazing formula, opaque in 2 coats.

Tanzanite is an indigo with holographic flakes. Another gorgeous color, even more so in person and another great formula. This was 2 coats but it was so so close to being opaque in 1 coat.

So wow, if you haven't picked any of these polishes up yet, I highly suggest them. They were a pleasure to apply and gorgeous to wear!

Glisten & Glow Mittens & Mountaineering

Hey guys!

Nothing To Disclose

While I was doing some Christmas shopping, I had to snag this beauty for myself: Glisten & Glow's Mittens and Mountaineering. You should know by now that I love a good brown polish and this is just a divine brown creme. It had a superb formula and covered in 2 coats. I intended to add some glitter over this but it was too pretty so I left it as is.

This is a beautiful beautiful teal holo, opaque in 2 coats and seriously the formula on this is amazing. Annddd I waited a year to wear it *eyeroll*

Glitter Gal Love Bite

Hey guys!

Nothing To Disclose

I've had several Glitter Gal polishes as untrieds for... well... much longer than I would care to admit. I don't really know where to easily purchase this brand, as it's an Australian brand. Regardless, the polishes I have are very pretty so let's look at the red I chose to swatch.

This is Love Bite, a true red holo. This has a great formula, opaque in 2 coats.

Hey guys!

Nothing To Disclose

So you may think "hmm well that's not a very Christmas-y name for a polish" and nope, it's not. But I wasn't picking only Christmas polishes, just red and green untrieds, lol.

I personally love these types of olive green colors and this polish is no different. Natve War Paints Rotten Zombie Flesh is a mossy olive green holo. It covered in 3 coats.
