Sally Hansen HD Hue

Hey guys! Happy Monday, I guess. Did anyone do anything fun over the weekend? I am currently reorganizing my helmer and swatching my polishes on nail wheels... Oy vey! That is a job and a half! I'm also purging a bit so expect some updates to my Blog Sale soon.

This is my first experience with Sally Hansen HD polishes so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was rather pleased. I expected the yellow to be much more sheer but it surprisingly covered nicely.

Hue is a yellow frosty polish. For being a frostier polish, the streak marks were very minimal. This is 3 coats, no top coat.

Personally, I love yellow. It's so sunny and bright and cheery. How do you feel about this color?

Julep Leah with A England Morgan Le Fay

Hey guys!

Julep Leah is what I consider a kelly green color. As usual with Julep, it was easy to apply.

I used 3 coats of Leah.

Now, Leah has a subtle shimmer to it but it wasn't quite enough for me and I couldn't capture it in the photo's so I added a layer of A England's Morgan Le Fay to zazz it up a bit.

What do you think? I really really loved this combination... I wore this for almost 3 days, which is a very long time for me!

Sonia Kashuk Fairy Princess

Hey guys!

I have only ever used two Sonia Kashuk polishes but they were both lovely so when I saw this gorgeous princess color, I had to grab it.

Fairy Princess is probably the most aptly named polish ever. This is a perfectly lovely Princess mint color. AND THERE'S SECRET SHIMMAH! Secret Shimmah is my favorite. Along with regular shimmah. And glitter.

This is 3 coats of Fairy Princess, with no top coat.  (Ohhhhh lookie the bottle..... blue shimmersopretty!!!!)

Looovvve it!

What do you guys think?

Sonia Kashuk is available at Target.

Nails Inc Baker Street

Hey guys!

Today I have the most beautiful blue polish in the world to share with you: Nails Inc Baker Street.

I ordered this from Sephora because I had seen a swatch of it and it looked pretty. Except that it's not pretty. It's freaking awesome. BRIGHT Cobalt Blue, perfectly lovely creme formula... oh man, I love this!

This is 2 coats, with no top coat.

I sponged a bit of Julep Portia on the tops (ends? bottom?) of my nails.

Sooo so pretty!

These pictures are without top coat but I did add one later. Love!

Julep Maven April Box

Hey guys!

I swear, one month I am going to have this darn review ready before the end of the month!! :-/

This month, I switched from the American Beauty to the Bombshell box. I don't think I've ever kept the American Beauty box; I always switch! LOL

Anyway, I wanted this box because of Parker. For some reason, I am majorly obsessing over orange nail polish right now. I have never ever liked orange nail polish but I'm loving it right now!

Parker is a 'dirty' tanergine creme polish. I say dirty because I didn't want to say muted. It's my blog; I'll say what I want :-p

This is 3 coats of Parker with no top coat.

The second color in the box was Annette, a grayed out white. I would never pick this; it's too plain for me. BUT I actually didn't hate it when wearing it. Obviously, it's the perfect canvas for glitter ;-)

2 coats of Annette, no top coat.

Have you tried Julep yet? Click here (this is my referral link) to become a Julep Maven! You can change, skip, forward your box to a friend, or cancel at any time!

Orly Shimmering Mauve

Hey guys!

Mauve counts for Pink Wednesday, right?

Orly's Shimmering Mauve is.. metallicy, little bit frosty shimmering and mauve. It's not a color I would probably pick out for myself but since it came in a 3 pack of colors, I'm stuck with it. However, I do like this color.

2 coats, no top coat.

How do you feel about Shimmering Mauve?

Sally Hansen Coral Reef

Hey guys!

Confession: I'm going through my draft folder and posting some olllddd posts... like from December :-/ Sooooo if you see weird things, it's because I'm crazy :-p I promise to have some fun and new colors to show you soon!

Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Coral Reef is a light coral creme polish. I think this is more of a salmon color than coral. But regardless, it's still nice :-)

Two coats, no top coat.

I added little hearts from one of my Kleancolor polishes, except that I didn't write down the name of this polish and am very lazy right now...
Yay hearts!

Here's a polish I received from a Makeup Alley  swap.

The Mall is a violet creme polish with a blueish shimmer throughout.

This is 2 easy coats, no top coat.

Then a layer of LA Girl Glitter Addict in Nostalgic.

I like the aqua and purple combo! What do you think?

Icing Green Gold Magnetix

Hey guys! Do you have any fun plans for this weekend? My goal is to use as many of the birthday coupons I've received in the last week as possible, haha! I'm a simply person :-p

Today I have the second Icing Magnetix polish that I picked up forever ago. This result was much better than the first time!

I love this green gold color. Soooo pretty!
