Sephora by OPI It's Real 18K Gold Top Coat

Hey guys! Happy weekend! What are you up to today? It's currently freezing but sunny here. Sigh. I already miss summer, lol!

Today's polish brought to you buy: the mall!

While shopping a while back, I came upon a beauty store in the mall that I didn't even know existed. And they sell Kleancolor! I grabbed several, including this baby: Chunky Holo Scarlet. I layered 2 coats over Wet n Wild Black Creme.

THEN, I saw Instagram posts saying that Sephora's 18K Gold Top coat was on clearance for $8. Since that's cheaper than the regular SOPI polishes, it needed to be mine :-)

 I layered 2 coats of 18K Gold Top coat of Kleancolor Chunky Holo Scarlet.

GOLDEN MACRO! 

What do you think? I went back to Sephora a few days later to grab another bottle for a friend and the Sephora lady loved this. She was blown away by the thought of wearing it over black/red. Yay! LOL

Lac Attack Butterfly Kisses

Hey guys!

Continuing the Indie Polish Awesomeness that has been happening on Fashion Footing lately, I have another awesome indie for you today! But first, let's start with the base color.

For my base color, I used 2 coats of Kleancolor Concrete Gray. It was nice and shiny without a topcoat! 

Then, I dabbed on one coat of Lac Attack Butterfly Kisses (OMG BUTTERFLY GLITTER!!!!!!). What is cool about the butterflies is that they look like they are curling, but they aren't... SO THEY LOOK LIKE THEY ARE FLYING OMG HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!?!?!?!? I was excited. 

I did have to fish out the butterflies and dab the glitter around with this polish; however, I am pretty much prepared to do that for any shaped glitter like this. 

Go buy lots of Lac Attack. Just do it.

Sinful Colors Spam

Hey guys! Happy Saturday! What is everyone up to today? I am going to run some errands and attempt to swatch swatch swatch! My 6th wedding anniversary is tomorrow, along with my niece's 1st birthday party (with a lady bug theme), and I'm thinking that I should try some lady buy nails :-) We'll see if that actually happens! LOL

I have a few Sinful colors to show you today. These were part of the $0.99 Walgreens sale from a few weeks back.

First, is Lavender. I believe this is a new color for Sinful. A dusty, gray purple creme polish. This had a nice formula, easy to apply. No pooling or dragging. 2 coats, no top coat. 

I used Kleancolor Winter Wonderland over Rain Storm for my glitter topper. 

Next is Rain Storm. This is definitely a new color. A lovely dark blue creme polish. I love love love this color blue. I might have an obsession with blue and glitter, to be honest. I have a hard time saying no to either. 

 Lac Attack Peacocky was a perfectly lovely glitter topper for this polish. Seriously, go buy some Lac Attack. Anastasia makes badass glitters and we're sparkle short twins. So yeah :-) 

This is one coat of Peacocky.

YAY FOR GLITTER!

Kleancolor Blue Satin

Hey guys!


I'm trying to use my Kleancolors, since three ladies were so lovely to send me some (Marissa, Rachael, and Maria, thank you). This is two coats of Blue Satin, no top coat.

A navy blue jellyish polish with bits of regular and bar glitter.

Today I have a glitter explosion for you. I know you have seen plenty of glitter on my blog before but I really didn't have a ton of time/inspiration today so you get glitteeerrrrrr!!!


I started with two coats of OPI Plants A Lot, a lovely lavender purple creme.

Then came the glittteerrr!! (sorry for the claw!)

Swap Swatches!

Hey guys!

I have some pictures of the polishes I received in a swap with Rachael at The Perky Polisher. She sent me a few goodies from my wishlist as well as some others that I didn't even know I wanted! LOL

First, Kleancolor Orchid Chrome. This is a chrome fuchsia color with glitter... so pretty! This is two coats, no top coat.

Next, Essence Choose Me! I used 3 coats here. This foil is a lovely turquoise color with golden foily shimmery goodness. So pretty! It looks like ready made mermaid tails!

Next,  China Glaze Lubu Heels. This is one of those polishes that I always picked up at Sally's and for some reason put back. But it's sooooo pretty! I actually have two bottles of this now :-) And that's okay! A black based polish with red micro glitter... ggahhhh, so pretty! This is 2 coats, no top coat.

Finally, OPI Simmer & Shimmer!! This polish is from the Burlesque collection from a few years back. Multi colored micro glitter = Amanda is in love :-) This is 3 coats with no top coat. It covered nicely for such a tiny glitter. LOVE!

What do you guys think of my swap? I love it! Swapping is addicting, lol!
