Today I have my picks from the 2012 China Glaze Holiday Joy collection! Spoiler Alert: I picked all the glitters, ha! And there are a lot of pictures!!
The formula on these polishes was fine, no balding, dragging, pooling, etc. etc. I used 2 coats for everything, except where otherwise noted.
First, Angel Wings. This is a gold microglitter. I used 3 coats here. The first picture is without topcoat, the rest are with.
Next, Blue Bells Ring, a bright blue foil-like polish. This was two coats, but I really could have only used one.
Next, Glistening Snow over Color Club Halo-Graphic. This will probably build to opacity in 3-4 coats, but I was in a hurry and swatched 2 coats over the CC.
Winter Jolly, a beautiful dark green glitter. This is a very dark green glitter, but it is really stunning! The first picture is without topcoat, the rest are with topcoat.
Pizzazz, a multi colored glitter. You know I love this! This is one coat over butter LONDON Slapper.
Champagne Kisses, a pretty rosy champagne colored microglitter. I don't have anything like this, so pretty! This was 3 coats, first picture with no topcoat, the rest have topcoat. And only one coat of topcoat. This looks super gritty but it actually wasn't at all.
Next, Berry Merry, a gorgeous cranberry color. 2 lovely coats.
Finally, Glitter All The Way, a beautiful wonderful multicolored microglitter that is pure glitter magic! I did a reverse gradient over Berry Merry, 1 coat.
What are your favorites from this collection???
Talk to you soon!
