Rainbow Honey Sakura Matsuri Collection

Hey guys!

I've been bitten by the Indie Polish bug. My wallet weeps. But my nails look so pretty!!! :-)

Today, I'm bringing you the newest collection from Rainbow Honey: Sakura Matsuri. I'm going to use RH's descriptions of the polish colors. Oh and I bought the mini collection. Just so you don't think the bottles are tiny. Well they are tiny, but they are mini's!

First, Wistful: A blushing green shimmer, full micro glitters that sparkle in the sun - fun and festive!

This was a little bit thick and gloppy.  I used two coats.

Sakura Matsuri namesake is full of pink and white blossoms, adorned by holographic and iridescent glitters. It is a fun and festive layering polish that perfectly captures the spirit of the collection. I layered one coat of Wistful. I loved the flower shaped pieces!

Ephemeral - A lovely soft pink shimmer, with strong blue and purple hues in artificial lighting. In the sun, its micro glitters in gold, pink, and turquoise sparkle and glisten.

2 coats. This was again a little bit thick.

Hanami - A beautiful blend of rose, pink, white, and iridescent glitters in a sheer and shimmery pink base. Hanami refers to the traditional Japanese custom of watching the flowers bloom in the springtime, often traveling far and wide just to watch the sakura blossoms before they fall.

One coat over Ephemeral.

Koi Pond - An impressive array of glitters in a clear base, perfect for layering over your favorite colors and brings to mind the beautiful Japanese gardens and soft, algae-tinted waters in which the friendly carp reside.

This is obviously my favorite. Ya know I can't resist glitter (seriously, it might be an actual problem... is there Glitter Anonymous?)

2 coats over Wistful.
