LOOK Nail Color for Fall 2015

LOOK Nail Color recently sent me their back to school collection and that is what we are looking at today!

These are pretty typical fall or Halloween colors, but the formula and consistency is really nice. The pictures below are all with topcoat.

Pistachio, 2 coats.

Orange, 2 coats.

Lavender is a deep purple. This was one coat!

Black was almost one coat, but I did two because there was a tiny bit of streaking.

I did a little bit of random makeup brush splatter nail art with these colors. I quite like it!

LOOK Nail Color Swatches and Review

Today I have a new to me brand to share with you: LOOK Nail Color. They sent me 3 shades included in their LOOK Proud 4th of July promotion, which is scheduled to hit shelves on 5/1/14 in select Walgreen's Drugstores.

The LOOK bottles are square, which makes for easy helmer storing (but for awkward bottle posing, lol!). The brush is also quite short and I thought that would be cumbersome to use but it wasn't at all. My bottles do not have the color names on the bottle, I am not sure if this is because they were press samples. In case you were wondering, the names were included in the press sheet :-)

Rocket's Red Glare, 3 coats. This was almost a jelly-like consistency.

Oh Say Can You See, 3 coats. This had the same jelly-like consistency as Rocket's Red Glare.

Broad Stripes Bright Stars, 3 coats. If thicker coats were used, it would have covered in two but it was the tiniest bit patchy at 2 so I added a third. This was a creme.

I decided to do a little dotticure using all three polishes. Simple but cute, right??
