Twinsie Tuesday: Inspired By A Song

Hey guys!

Nothing To Disclose Press Sample

For Twinsie Tuesday, we are sharing manicures inspired by a song. People... I am not good at this. I don't think I've ever heard a song and thought about how such and such nail polish would be a great companion to the song. So yeah. I was like wuttttt.... Oh! Nail Polish with song names! That's what I'll do.

I thought I owned OPI's Love. Angel. Music. Baby. but alas... it is nowhere to be found. So since I have to use the same brand for my manicures (guys, it's literally not even normal. I will not do a manicure with different brands.....) I grabbed OPI's You're So Outta Lime since it was an untried. This was 3 coats. The formula was okay, it was a bit thin for my liking.

Then, I slapped on some nail stickers from SinfulColors because in all honesty, I was killing two birds with one stone here. Shh, don't tell. ANYWAY.... then I used OPI's Super Bass shatter because I really kind of want to bring shatter back. Clearly, the shatter does not work over nail stickers, lolol!!

And yeah, my new candy (wuttt??) fancy camera really depicts how poorly I paint my nails, LOL! I PROMISE they look much better in person!!!

Go check out the other twinsies who probably have much better song manicures than I do....

Orly Sugar High: My Picks + Nail Art!

Hey guys!

Nothing To Disclose

Today I have the polishes I picked from the Spring 2015 Orly Sugar High collection.

Cake Pop is a pale pale pale pale pale pale pinky white. It is basically a white pink, if that makes sense. This was 3 coats and it was still a bit streaky after 3 coats.

Key Lime Twist is a bright pale lime green. This was 3 coats, as well.

Plum Sugar is a dark royal purple. This was 2 coats.

Since I loved the bright green with the dark purple, I did a quick dotticure using all three polishes.

Did you purchase any of the Orly Sugar High collection? What were your favorites??

Polish Addict Nail Color Lime Light and Neon Moon

Hey guys!

Today I have two polishes from Polish Addict Nail Color. These babies are from her recent Neon Collection and are jellies and oh so lovely!

First is Neon Moon, a gorgeous cobalt jelly. I don't know what the heck happened to my other pictures of this! But it's so vibrant in person! Really really lovely. This was 3 coats.

And then we have Lime Light, a bright green neon jelly. This was 3 thin coats. Again, much brighter in person!

These were both easy to apply. A little sheer on the first coat, but they built up nicley. These swatches are without topcoat and they did dry semi matte, as most neons do.

You can purchase Polish Addict Nail Color here.
