I received this polish in a prize pack from Marisa umm... in like September, lol. Yeah, I'm wayyyy behind.
Anyway, Lush Lacquer Birthday Cake is a white jelly with rainbow microglitter. I think I used 3 thin coats here. I would wait a minute in between coats to prevent dragging/clumping.
