If you don't know by now, a plain manicure just will not suffice for me. Even if the plain color is neon purple! LOL
I started with two coats of China Glaze Flying Dragon, a fabulous neon purple with blue microglitter. This picture is not accurate, the color is much more pinky purple.
Then I added a layer of Zoya's lovely blue flakie, Maisie.
Then, one later of OPI's I Lily Love You.
