Pretty & Polished Liberty Bell Ruby

Hey guys!

So I'm being mean and showing you a polish that is no longer available, but it's so pretty, I just have to share!

Pretty & Polished Liberty Bell Ruby is a fuchsia/berry jelly with my FAVORITE CIRCLE GLITTER! I layered 2 coats over Avon Starlight.

So pretty! Circle glitter makes everything better. This is a true fact :-p
