Here's another lovely Avon Cosmic polish for you!
Celestial is a light blue/green holo. I used 2 coats, no top coat. Again, the same easy formula as Starlight.

You can purchase the Cosmic polishes for $6 each through your Avon lady or you can use myAvon representative if you do not have one.
