I dinged up my ChG Shell-o manicure but was being super lazy and instead of removing all of the polish, I removed the 3 middle fingers and added That's Shore Bright, also from the summer '13 Sunsational Collection.
That's Short Bright is from the creme side of the collection. This was 2 coats over one coat of OPI MBSW. This had a nice formula, I didn't have any issues. The bubble you see on my index finger is totally my fault... I smudged the polish :-/
As you can see, this dries to a slightly matte finish.
