I was not able to attend Polish Con in Chicago in September but lucky for me, a few indies had some exclusives left over and I was able to purchase Navy Pier from Pretty & Polished.
Navy Pier is a navy blue jelly with holographic glitter. This is 3 coats. Ooh la la!
