Nine Zero Lacquer just released the march Polish of the Month and I have it to share with you today!
March 2016 is a shamrock green linear holographic polish. This is, as per usual, perfect in two coats. It will need a topcoat to smooth it out. It's not textured but it's not super smooth when dry. This is such a bright green, I love it!
This is available through the end of March, and retails for $11!
