Another quick post today to show you a polish from my biffle Amanda.
Carpe Noctem Cosmetics Ice Fishing On the Amazon is a dark green scattered holo. This was 2 coats, plus topcoat. It had a nice formula and no issues.
Have you tried Carpe Noctem Cosmetics? It looks like they are reopening today (11/13/15) and restocking a bunch of stuff!!
