Finger Paints Gumdrops & Lollipops Swatches

Hey guys! Happy Friday! and Happy Good Friday!

I have two polishes from the Spring Finger Paints collection, called Gumdrops and Lollipops.

First is Pop Rock Candy. This is a fun pink color with some blue purple micro shimmer. Now, I loved Pop Rocks as a kid; they were such a fun candy, lol. This is a good representation of that candy, I think.

2 coats, no top coat.

Next is Grape Gumball. This is my favorite of the two. I love everything grape flavored. This polish has a delightful blue shimmer. 2 coats, no top coat.

Did you pick up any of this collection? What were your favorites?

The only thing that would make these better is if they were scented. Mmmmmm grape scent!

Orly You're Blushing & Steel Your Heart

Hey guys! It's almost Friday. Hurrah!

These are the only two polishes I picked up from the Orly Cool Romance collection.

First, You're Blushing. This lovely lavender creme is just so feminine. As you've probably noticed, I like loud colors and glitter so this is such a tame color for me but still oh so pretty. This is two easy coats, no top coat.

Next, Steel Your Heart. A sort of gunmetal metallic polish. The brush strokes on this aren't as bad as I thought they were going to be.  I do love a gunmetal color in just about anything... jewelry, polish, cars... soooo sleek!

Did you get any of the Cool Romance colors? What are your favorites?

Pink Wednesday: Nail Polish Sugar

Hey guys! Yay for Wednesday... wait, it's Wednesday, right? I don't even know...

Today for Pink Wednesday I have Sugar, which is another polish from that massive set I got at Meijer a before Christmas. I told you it had a ton of pinks in it! Muaha!

Sugar is a sheer pale pink creme polish with the slightest glass fleck shimmer.

 Three coats, no top coat.

This isn't something I would normally pick but it is a very pretty pale pink.

What do you think of Sugar?

China Glaze Electropop Part 2

Hey guys! I have some more China Glaze for you today! These are the other two colors I picked up from the Electropop collectiong.

Two coats, no top coat for all of these swatches.

First, Kinetic Candy. A smoky blue with gray undertones. Very calming. This doesn't necessarily say spring to me but it's still a nice, stable color. Actually, it does look like a spring sky, I guess.

A coat of Icing Party Has Confetti zazzes it up a bit, right? One coat of fantastic pink glitter.

Next, Electric Beat. A dusty blue creme. I like this a lot. This is my second favorite from this collection.

Then a layer of fuchsia Kleancolor Starry Purple glitter and voila!

What do you guys think? Did you pick up any of the Electropop collection? What were your favorites?

China Glaze: Electropop Colors Part 1

Hey guys! Happy Monday, if that's possible :-p

Today I have a few of the China Glaze Electropop colors. I broke it up into different posts so as not to kill your browser with photos :-)

All of these swatches are two coats, with no top coat.

First, Gothic Lolita. This purple beauty was much prettier than I anticipated. There is an ever so subtle pink shimmer! YAY HIDDEN SHIMMER!

Next up, Gaga for Green. This is my favorite from this collection. I love a good grass green, and that is exactly what this is. So Springy, so fresh.... perfect!

I layered one coat of Techno over Gaga for Green. I know Techno is a re-issue, but it's new to me :-)

Stay tuned for more China Glaze, coming up!

Talk to you soon!

OPI Holland Colors

Hey guys!

I have 4 of the new OPI Holland colors for you! These are the only ones I purchased, although A Roll In The Hague is tempting me (WHAT is with the orange, lately???)

In the interest of me not repeating myself, these are all 2 coats with no top coat. They all applied like a dream :-)

First, Wooden Shoe Like To Know? This is sort of a weird color. I'm not really sure if it's more purple or brown but it definitely has a golden shimmer.

Next, Gouda Gouda Two Shoes.  I guess you call this mauve? Not normally a color I'm drawn to but it is really pretty. It has the same golden shimmer as the first polish.

I've Got A Herring Problem, a dusty blue with micro silver shimmah/glassfleck. I love shimmah.

Thanks A Windmillion! This is probably my favorite. Such a lovely and calming color. Aaahhh...

What are your favorite Holland colors?
