Nothing To Disclose
Black Dahlia Week continues with Mint Sprog Frost, which is a "green tinted holographic top coat with teal to purple to magenta multichrome flakies and glass flecks that shift from turquoise to purple to red with accents of holographic pewter". However, I used 2 coats plus topcoat for this swatch and it was opaque enough to pass, in my book :)
